Children's Privacy

321 Football is a general-audience football game. It is not directed at children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your country, which is 16 in some EEA states).

What this means in practice

• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below that age.
• No user who indicates they are under 18 is shown personalised advertising.

The app does carry ads, but on those accounts they are contextual only: chosen by the app the child is in, not by their interests. The device advertising ID is never read on those accounts and no advertising profile is ever built for a child.

• We use no analytics or tracking SDKs in the app. On our marketing site

(321football.com), Google's advertising cookies apply when ads are shown; see "Cookies and web advertising" in the Privacy Policy. The app itself is unaffected.

• We do not have open chat. Players can only send a short set of fixed,

pre-written messages ("Good game", "Well played", "So lucky", "Let's play again"). Free text between players is not possible, by design.

• Usernames are visible to opponents. We ask players not to use their real name.

If a child has created an account

Write to support@321football.com from the parent's or guardian's address. We will delete the account and its data without asking for proof beyond what is needed to identify the account.

COPPA

For users in the United States, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
